Just a quick reminder that we would like to invite you to a seminar where we will discuss how the evolution of devices, applications and usage patterns has driven a requirement beyond the ability of third generation wireless.

*We will examine how Meru’s fourth generation wireless infrastructure copes with the advent of the “two device pupil”, with high density learning, and mass pupil mobility.

*We will show how wireless virtualisation enables the network to scale as user densities and application complexity demands.

*We will explore the security implications and outline security solutions.

Finally we will show some real world implementation examples and run a live demonstration using our multimedia demonstration suite.

With speakers from Siracom, Meru Networks, a school that has installed Meru, and security specialists Bradford Networks this is a seminar not to be missed.

Did you pull back the curtains to find the pavement covered in snow. A rush of excitement followed by the realization that you’d have to spend the next few hours stuck in a traffic jam. VSL can change this, instead of even having to adventure at your house; you can bring the office to you. This can easily be done through VOIP which can then act as a remote office where employees can take calls as if they were sat in the office. If anyone needs to get hold of you they then ring your DDI number, it is as simple as that. For more details about IP and how it could benefit your work place please contact us.

Are you closing the office over the Christmas break but don’t want to miss any customer calls?

Its time to think about how you would like your calls handled. – A Christmas message letting customer know your opening hours. Do you want to encourage customers to leave a message? Do you require a call forward or divert set up? If you are staying open, maybe with limited staff, do you need your calls routed differently to normal?

Give us a call and we’ll chat through your options. As always, we would appreciate as much notice as possible to help you get set up

Imagine that you are a Senior Manager in an organisation and only want to receive important calls. You find yourself in an awkward position because you keep receiving calls that are being transferred by other departments by mistake.

After investigation it appears that the reason you are receiving these calls is because they are using the dial by name option and there is another person in the organisation with the same 1st name and a very similar last name. How do you overcome this?

Easy remove your name from the dial by name listing (managers can easily do this themselves!). By accessing the system via My Phone Manager, just access the “Telephone Setting” tab on the left hand side, then disable the “List My Name On Directory” option in the “Basic Settings” tab across the top.
