T&E Neville Construction Group
The Luton based construction group, T & E Neville have been a customer of VSL's for years and is testament to VSL's non pressured consultative approach to selling.
As with most of VSL's customers, Neville have invested in their communications progressively. Originally purchasing a Toshiba DK280 in1998, Nevilles have expanded the system when necessary, adding battery back up, cellular terminals, voicemail and training. Additionally network services are also handled by VSL.
‘VSL were recommended to us years ago and I haven't looked back. Every step of the way, VSL have surpassed our expectations and provided us with exactly what we have needed as we have grown.' Says Vicky Trumper.
Recent projects have involved reviewing Nevilles mobile phone contracts. Like many companies, there were considerable savings to be made. Opting for VSL's cash back scheme, Nevilles decided to upgrade their voicemail and still had money left over.
Vicky comments: ‘With the expected savings on next years bill we are planning to upgrade our Toshiba DK280 to an Toshiba IP CIX. It's a buying plan that works well for us and makes perfect sense. We have every faith that VSL will continue in being our communications partner for many years to come.'
