Voice Attend
VoiceAttend is used by teachers and administration staff to deal with many different issues including truancy, bullying as well as routine communication to and from the school.
It is an in-house system with 5 optional modules:
- Reduce Unauthorised Absence Automate the calling of parents to notify them that their child has not registered. Reduce administration work, strengthening relationships with parents and reduce unauthorised absence.
- Tackle Bullying Provide a secure line that students can call to anonymously report acts of bullying. The system distorts the caller's voice, encouraging pupils to leave a message in a designated mailbox that is available 24/7.
- Improve Call and Message Flows Greet callers in a professional, consistent way and direct calls without interrupting the duties of administration staff using an auto attendant facility. Additionally, provide all staff and departments with their own feature rich mailbox that they can always access.
- Text Important Communications Text parents, teachers or students with important information such as meetings and memos, school closures and notification that reports or letters have gone home, coursework deadlines and exam times.
- Record Abusive or Important Calls Provides staff with the optional facility to record calls as necessary, maybe to provide evidence of an abusive caller or to keep a record of important conversations.
