Voicemail and Auto Attendant
VSL offer three voicemail products, the GVMU and the LVMU exclusively for Toshiba Systems and the SQL VoiceServer, a more sophisticated product suitable to run alongside most brands of telephone system.
SQL VoiceServer
The SQL VoiceServer has been designed to streamline the way companies communicate by improving the flow and efficiency of telephone communication between employers and customers with efficient voicemail systems.
The SQL integrates with most telephone systems enabling you to quickly and easily add a feature rich voicemail to your portfolio of applications. The SQL VoiceServer is a feature rich system that has optional auto attendant and can, if required, be upgraded to include a complete unified message solution or utilise speech recognition technology if required.
Features
- Automatically answer and direct incoming calls: choose to answer all calls automatically, only calls on certain numbers, use as a back up facility when busy or program to answer at certain times of day.
- Give staff their own mailbox, with forward, save, copy, tag facilities.
- Port Upgradeability
- Send voice messages to an email account, allowing you to access your voice messages wherever you can access your email.
GVMU
The Toshiba GVMU has many of the functions of the SQL VoiceServer, but is only suitable for use in a Toshiba CIX. It is an economical solution for businesses requiring a maximum of 40 mailboxes.
LVMU
The Toshiba LVMU is the big brother to the GVMU, providing mailboxes for up to 360 extensions. With the added functionality of one touch recording and call monitor, the LVMU is an attractive option for business needing a voicemail solution.
